After-School

After-school programing brings enjoyment and advantage for our students, their families and the community. After-school programs can support social, emotional, cognitive and academic development as well as a safe and supportive environment for students. After-school programs in New York participation increases engagement in school-day learning, resulting in higher school day attendance rates, an increased motivation to learn and are less likely to be involved in risky behaviors during the After-school hours. P.S. 28 has identified this need and has committed themselves in providing a robust program that our students love and parents can trust.
